Pulpefoods.com is committed to start delivering your first order in good quality packaging within 24 to 48 hours. We dispatch orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through local delivery personel.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship our pulpe products only to selected areas in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Can I edit, cancel, or return my order?
For cancellations and address revisions, please whatsapp/email/call us before 12 hours of next scheduled deliver so we can make the necessary changes before the order is dispatched. At this time, we are unable to edit the contents of your order after it is confirmed. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of the products.
How long does shipping take?
First orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of an order confirmation. Most orders are delivered within an hour from the time of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in a damaged condition?
All our products are sealed before dispach, If you receive a damaged order, please call our customer care at +91 9866570888 or email us at help@pulpefoods.com, mentioning your Order ID. Please share a clear image of the damaged products as well, otherwise we will be unable to process a resolution.
